CCNow (my online credit card service) allows me to put prices in Canadian dollars. I have listed the products that I produce in Canada in Canadian dollars and the products that I bought in China in US$.
I have made the books available directly through 'lulu' as e-books, and through 'smashwords' in electronic reader format. Of course the books are still available as soft cover books.
Don't forget you may also send in an order form and a cheque (CDN$ or US$), or use Western Union.
