Training is every weekday 5:45 to 6:45, though I am usually there by 5:00. Format is 40 minutes circle walking on your own, then directed training with some coaching. The official teaching class is Wednesdays 6:00 to 7:00. When I am in town on a Wednesday, that usually means I am there the other weekdays. Extra teaching is given in bi-monthly seminars.

2008 remaining class schedule: November 12th, December 3rd, 10th, 17th? Cost is $10 per week.

2008 seminar schedule: November 2nd, 11:30 to 4:30. Cost is $50 per session (or $10 for just circle-walking during the first hour).

Classes are given in French, but since teaching is individual, could be in English or Chinese, no problem.

Location: Cataraqui park, chemin St. Louis (Sillery), just west of Maguire. Parking is at centre Michel Sarrazin's top parking lot, the driveway just east of the Cataraqui entrance (no cars allowed in the park). Then walk through the Cataraqui buildings to find the old skating rink. If it is pouring rain or snowing we are on the veranda of the main building. When it is really dark we are in the parking area between the buildings, where there is a street light.
